Radio Innovation is growing – and we’re now looking for a driven Technical Sales Manager to join our mission. In this role, you’ll work with cutting-edge antenna technology that delivers real impact to mobile operators, infrastructure partners, and underserved communities.
This is more than a sales position – it’s a chance to lead business in emerging markets, build strategic partnerships, and help close the global digital divide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-develop and execute our international sales strategy in MEA and other growth markets
- Build and manage a strong network of distributors, integrators, and B2B partners
- Promote our high-gain antenna technology and its benefits for coverage, cost, and sustainability
- Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to delivery – for complex B2B deals
- Represent our solution with both technical authority and commercial insight
- Drive structured reporting, forecasting, and pipeline development
Qualifications and Experience:
- MSc in Engineering (Radio, Telecom, Electrical, or Mechanical) or MBA with a tech-commercial focus
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales or business development in telecom/ICT/infrastructure
- Proven success in partner-led B2B sales – operators, integrators, and channel partners
- Solid understanding of RF, site connectivity, and fiber/power integration
- Fluent in English and Swedish (French, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus)
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building and presentation skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, global scale-up environment
